ACE-ABC are committed to supporting the local community at this difficult time. In return we ask that you follow the Government guidelines to help us to maintain our service for as many people as possible. From midday on the 25th of March we will insist on the following additional measures for all journeys.
* No front seat passengers will be allowed unless there are mobility issues
* A maximum of 2 passengers per journey will be permitted
* All journeys must be prepaid via our app or over the phone with our telephonist
We are removing all booking fees for prepaid journeys immediately, and we ask that any customer who does not require a booking, cancels it as soon as possible to allow us to allocate the vehicle elsewhere.
As well as taking customers for necessary grocery and medical journeys, ACE-ABC are an important link in supporting the movement of NHS staff and medical equipment on a daily basis. ACE-ABC also provides local authorities with transport for vulnerable children and adults across the county. We ask that during this busy time for us that you please be patient, we will be prioritising NHS and vulnerable passengers, however we will honour all bookings as soon as we possibly can.
During this difficult time, we know you need to be assured that any journey you make will be completed in a safe, roadworthy vehicle. All our vehicles continue to be maintained to the highest expected standards, plus in addition to that, all our drivers continue to clean down the vehicles after each journey.
